Flute is the wave sandwiched inside the board - it decides how much weight your box carries and how much cushion your product gets. Unsure? Tell us what's going inside and we'll spec it for you.
Light
Thin wall with a smooth print surface. Best for small retail boxes and anything that needs crisp graphics.
Approx. 1/16" thickStandard
The everyday workhorse. Good stacking strength with a surface that still prints well - most mailers land here.
